- This is a delightful walk throught a practitioner?s life and survival, plus their gifts to the large/community. However, it looses the plot towards the end and begins to ramble ? needs tightening up ? strong editing to produce an insightful piece about sole practice.

- This is a good paper which should attract interest. It is insightful and is very much centred on the author?s own practice and experience. I would suggest the discussion section is extended to include critical evaluation of the author?s approach, drawing out some of the wider communication issues.
