- An interesting paper, however, the structure raises questions in terms of effectiveness. The paper is essentially one story being told from 3 perspectives. I suggest the paper needs a general introduction to the 3-part approach, and in terms of writing style, the disjuncture between part 1 and parts 2 & 3 is resolved.
The paper notes the research is Action Research ? articulation of this, throughout the paper, is needed in terms of research questions, methods and variables.

- Too much rambling. Needs editing to embody the content and not a publicity stunt.
The opening 3 pages should be condensed into 2 paragraphs! The third part of the paper is the best, and should form the body of the output.
