- A potentially interesting paper but in the field of design thinking a substantial amount of work has been done on ill-defined problems. This paper does not appear to have been fully referred to/analysed. Greater discussion and critique of crafts as research objects is required as the last paragraph is one of the few places where the issue is directly attended to.
