- A very interesting paper, well written and easily read. The argument in the main is executed well, however I would suggest providing deeper evaluation of the argument in terms of New Product Development.
There appears to be inappropriate usage of footnotes or a different sytle of referencing used within the section entitled ?Project Structure?[18]. This needs to be resolved.

- The level of detail within the writing does not give clarity to the argument. It needs focus on the relationship between the individual and the company, rather than the repetitive process of making.
