- Some minor grammatical amendments needed (eg. necessary rather than necessarily anf debt rather than debit). Also, the hypothesis needs to be clearly stated and as such I would advise editing. Despite the work being at an early stage, it is potentially very interesting. Careful consideration needs to be given to how the research will be conducted/managed during the conference, and the number of objects (pencilled in as 12 on the exhibit plan) needs to be revised. I would suggest a maximum of 6 objects and one plinth.

- This exhibition proposal only becomes clear in the section ?Research Method? ? and here it presents an intriguing and engaging idea of interaction and the conferment of meaning by engagement of ?audience?/participant. Everything that preceeds it lacks a clear and concise description of the framework for the idea. I would suggest that this might include short sections on:
1. what this idea is trying to achieve (in simple terms)
2. a rationale for why this work might be valuable beyond the self interest of the maker i.e. what might it contribute to craft practice
3. some background/context on the changing nature of the relationship between artwork/object, audience and ?artist? and interaction, interpretation and negotiated meaning.
The section ?References within the piece? might be omitted entirely ? as this is surely the task of the participants to suggest through interaction (?).
The actual pieces of work look great ? and the display/play drawings give a very good idea of what the stage for interaction might be. I also like the mirrors idea ? multiple views from one position. Simplified this would be a very interesting ?exhibit? ? if we can now call it that!
