- An interesting piece of work, however, it reads as opinion rather than informed opinion. I would suggest removing the ?presentational? stye of writing and significantly increase the referencing.

1. some strange use of semi-colons ? check
2. overlong Moglen quotes ? edit/paraphrase
3. insert references e.g. van de Velde
