- This is a clearly written, easily read paper. The argument is well articulated in most sections although there are some quotations which are left ?hanging? and some aspects of the argument are more fully developed than others (primarily in the middle section of the paper). These need resolved.
Minor changes are also required in the formatting of the paper (see full paper guidelines available on the website)

- The paper focuses on the process of ?making? in terms of craft rather than seeing the technology as part of craft; it does not explicitly expand upon the advantages of having another form of thought to add to craft practice.
