- This is a clearly written, easily read paper with a well articulated argument. I would have liked to have read more ? there is room for extending the discussion and conclusion.

- Difficult. This piece is somewhat flawed in how it sets about things, but it does introduce the notion of reflection and analysis into practice. The reflection and analysis are about technology, some interesting observations via the users. Could do with more of the objective perspective or establish it as self reflection moving between the two?
